Ghostmode early releasE

I had to step away and go ghostmode.  I was in a life or death battle, with myself. I was sick. Debilitating symptoms started to show up. Mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. My health was suffering. My energy was depleted. I didn’t know if I was going to make it through. I’m still coming out of it. 

What is depression? What is mental health? And why is it so shameful to speak about it when you’re suffering? I don’t know. 

If you’re carrying the weight of the world on you shoulders right now DO NOT SUFFER IN SILENCE.  I’m speaking to YOU reading this right now. I know too many AMAZING HUMANS who didn’t make it through. I will say it again. DO NOT SUFFER IN SILENCE. ASK FOR HELP. You have to ASK. We NEED YOU here. I fucking promise you, healing can occur NO MATTER HOW MUCH you are suffering. 

There are no mistakes. YOU WERE PUT HERE FOR A REASON. 

So what do YOU do when the devil be festerin’? YOU change your direction and reestablish connection. YOU pick up the shovel and dig out of the trenches. Please know YOU’RE WORTH IT keep moving through darkness.
